Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Translate test cases to automation script using C# for GUI / API tests, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output.
  • Adhere to established coding standards and guidelines for automation, promoting consistency and efficiency.
  • Perform manual testing of web-based applications and services in a client-server environment, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Be proactive in working on both manual and automation testing, leveraging strengths to drive results.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of web-based architecture and debug any web or server error efficiently.
  • Independently perform functional, database, sanity, functional, end-to-end integration, and regression testing, adhering to SCRUM guidelines and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Review code, identify and fix issues during scheduled automation runs, maintaining high levels of quality.
  • Analyze the root cause of script failures and logged bugs, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Submit and track automation-identified defects, escalating critical issues in a timely manner.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in automation testing, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with C# programming, including writing efficient and effective automation scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with testing web services and REST APIs, utilizing tools like Fiddler, SOAP UI, POSTMAN, Protractor, and Playwright.
