Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect with expertise in IQVIA OCE-P configurations, CI/CD deployment processes, and Sales and Service Cloud applications.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, including IQVIA OCE-P configurations
  • Managing CI/CD deployment processes and workflows in Salesforce.com
  • Optimizing and maintaining Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud applications
  • Collaborating with cross-regional teams to identify and implement system improvements
  • Providing technical expertise for integrations, customizations, and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex Salesforce issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 9-15 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with deep expertise in IQVIA OCE-P
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud
  • Proven experience with CI/CD deployment processes in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration tools
  • Experience working across regions (India/EU/USA) in a global team environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or equivalent)
