At the forefront of software development in the healthcare industry, we are seeking a skilled Dotnet Developer to join our team. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of healthcare performance, cost, and quality.

We are expanding our suite of Improvement Apps, which focus on healthcare analytics and process improvement solutions. These products manage health system populations, support patient care at the point of care, reduce costs, and alleviate clinician workload.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining platforms that serve internal team members, clinicians, and patients. You will utilize Test-Driven Development to ensure safe enhancements and refactor our system, shipping production code multiple times per week.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional products
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at constructing efficient queries, writing reports, and presenting findings
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize scheduling of work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with cloud infrastructure and architecture patterns, software development within healthcare IT, knowledge of healthcare compliance, Agile/Scrum practices, Business Intelligence, or Data warehousing is desirable.
