Pre-Delivery Operations Supervisor

As a key team member, the successful candidate will oversee the entire pre-delivery inspection process for vehicles. This role requires a deep understanding of automobile systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Inspection:

    The ideal candidate will supervise and execute all pre-delivery inspection processes as per OEM guidelines, ensuring that vehicles are defect-free and meet safety and quality standards.

  • Team Leadership:

    They will lead and guide the PDI and detailing team, allocating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training when required.

  • Process Optimization:

    Our team member will ensure proper fitment of accessories and adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining cleanliness, polishing, and detailing standards before delivery.

  • Coordination and Communication:

    They will coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams for timely vehicle readiness, communicate delivery schedules, and resolve last-minute issues.

  • Documentation and Compliance:

    The candidate will verify and ensure completion of vehicle-related documents before delivery, maintain PDI records, checklists, and reports, and ensure compliance with company and OEM guidelines.

  • Inventory Management:

    They will monitor availability of tools, equipment, and consumables, ensure proper storage and handling of vehicles in the stockyard.

  • Customer Satisfaction:

    Our team member will ensure vehicles are delivered in showroom condition, supporting delivery executives in smooth customer handover process.
