As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in establishing the link between business operational teams and IT, translating business needs into detailed requirements.

You will also contribute to the validation of new requirements by configuring the tool and performing unit acceptance tests. Your involvement in the process of functional acceptance and validation will ensure that all relevant stakeholders are considered.

Additionally, you will ensure the implementation of new features and changes in the production environment, following the go-live process. You will compare impacts with expectations and propose adjustments when needed.
