Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:
Exponentia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces using Flutter, as well as developing and maintaining robust server-side applications and APIs using Python and Flask.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces using Flutter.
- Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs using Python and Flask.
- Ensure responsiveness and performance across various devices and platforms.
- Design, implement, and manage PostgreSQL databases.
- Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Flutter for developing responsive and interactive applications.
- Extensive experience with Python and Flask for building scalable and secure server-side applications.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data management.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
