Job Title: Structural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Designer to join our team.

As a Structural Designer, you will be responsible for producing 3D models that meet client requirements and industry standards. You will also create detailed drawings and annotations using AutoCAD and Revit software.

Your primary focus will be on managing the Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflow, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with engineers and clients to coordinate model content, quality control, and delivery. Additionally, you will utilize tools like Navisworks for seamless collaboration across multiple disciplines.

In this role, you will prepare and review project deliverables, including creating 3D views and renderings as needed.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to think creatively and critically, and possess strong analytical skills.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in preparing structural construction documents using Revit/BIM project delivery.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday during day shifts. The salary package includes a competitive monthly remuneration and a yearly bonus.

We require reliable candidates who can commute or relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu before starting work.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, motivated, and willing to take on new challenges.
