Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure seamless communication and campaign execution.
  • Understand client business objectives and craft effective marketing strategies to meet their needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end client servicing, including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support new business development through pitch participation, proposal creation, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Hands-on agency sales/business development experience required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
