Food Service Operations Manager

The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations of the digital cafeteria platform, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely food service and order fulfillment.

  • Cafeteria Management: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the site. Supervise timely food service and order fulfillment. Address and resolve real-time operational issues.
  • Client and Customer Handling: Act as the on-ground representative for client interactions. Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Share daily reports and updates with the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with food vendors on daily menus, stock, and service times. Ensure vendors follow established operating procedures and hygiene standards. Monitor vendor staff conduct and professionalism.
  • Platform & Billing Support: Assist with the digital platform for menu updates, issue resolution, and user queries. Ensure accurate and timely billing and order tracking.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily operational reports including sales, customer feedback, vendor performance, and incident logs. Escalate site issues to the Cluster Manager or City Lead as needed.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience
  • Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in food service, facility, or hospitality operations.
