Business Operations Executive

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations professional to join our organization. This role combines financial, human resources, and administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management

  • Collect and organize invoices for efficient financial management.
  • Record expenses accurately under the correct heads.
  • Prepare project-wise profit and loss statements for informed decision-making.
  • Provide clear snapshots of the overall profit and loss for all markets and projects.

Human Resources & Payroll

  • Draft and issue offer letters for new hires.
  • Process monthly salary payouts for employees.
  • Deduct TDS and other statutory compliances as applicable.
  • Support basic HR and people operations tasks.

Administration

  • Manage travel bookings and logistics for company events.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation efficiently.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Background in finance, accounts, or business administration.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
