We are seeking a highly skilled Marine PMS and Database Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the population of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), aligning maintenance schedules with class requirements, and producing accurate audit-ready deliverables.

  • Create and configure equipment sheets in accordance with ABS NSE standards
  • Extract, structure, and import maintenance tasks from OEM manuals
  • Ensure correct equipment hierarchy mapping within PMS
  • Create detailed job cards for dismantling, inspection, and assembly
  • Work with import sheets and front-end data loading

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Marine Engineering degree or equivalent maritime qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience in PMS data population projects with strong ABS NSE expertise
  • A strong grasp of SFI coding and equipment hierarchy structuring
  • Hands-on experience with ABS NSE projects
  • Excellent attention to detail, process discipline, and communication skills
