Job Title: Mobile & Web Application Developer

 

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Mobile & Web Application Developer to design and develop innovative applications that cater to student learning and engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating user-friendly, scalable, and interactive applications that enhance the student experience. This contract-based role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing for both on-site collaboration and remote work. 

  •  Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy mobile (iOS/Android) and/or web applications for student learning purposes.
  • Collaborate with educators and designers to comprehend student needs and translate them into application features.
  • Integrate databases, APIs, and third-party services for seamless functionality.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Build engaging, student-friendly interfaces using modern UI/UX principles.
  • Test, debug, and maintain applications through continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in educational technology, gamification, and learning platforms.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) and/or web application frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles to design intuitive applications.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to translate learning needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with gamification, educational technology tools, or e-learning platforms is advantageous.
