The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

As a Sr. Cloud Applications Consultant at OpenText, you will be part of the technical team responsible for delivering high-quality services to our customers. Your primary focus will be on the administration and management of the OpenText Exstream product suite, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet Service Levels and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Drive major activities/milestones to successful completion within agreed timelines.
  • Improve team & delivery efficiency by showcasing process improvements and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Manage Exstream applications for global customers using the ITIL framework.
  • Support and report to the engagement Service Delivery Manager while assigned to active customer engagements.
  • Establish relationships with client technical counterparts and participate in regular service delivery meetings.
  • Work closely with colleagues from different teams, including product support, engineering, product management, and Cloud Ops Teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of prior experience working on relevant technologies.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of previous experience in technical support or consulting environments, specifically with the Exstream CCM platform and associated technologies.
  • Experience with Exstream CN Knowledge is an asset.
  • Extreme knowledge of configuration of ECM integration with Communications Server, OTDS installation, configuration, and integration with Exstream.
  • Ability to understand product integration with 3rd party applications in complex environments.
  • Proficient knowledge in OS fundamentals, troubleshooting fundamentals, Logs, DB – MS SQL, Oracle, API basics.
  • Experience in delivering service within an ITIL-based service delivery model.
  • Programming/scripting skills (e.g., SQL, .sh/.bat, Java, JavaScript) are helpful.
  • Familiarity with configuration and management of web/application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams.
