Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Relations professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing strategic communications plans that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Media Outreach: Identify and engage with new journalists and influencers to build strong media relationships and secure coverage for clients.
  • Documentation Management: Manage documentation from Executives and Associates while assisting Managers on what they need to do.
  • Client Results and Objectives: Undertake and own responsibilities pertaining to client results and objectives, independently and within the team.
  • Tactical Program Management: Manage a majority of the tactical elements of a client's program with good follow-through.
  • Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate with teams across markets for delivering on activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in public relations or a related field with an ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
  • Understanding of Agency Services: Understanding of how agency services contribute to client retention and growth.
  • Professionalism: Articulate and represent yourself in a professional manner, conduct yourself professionally, and maintain a respectful attitude towards coworkers and clients.
  • Prioritization and Multi-tasking: Able to prioritize, multi-task, and mentor juniors.
  • Teamwork and Client Focus: Respectful of and tactful with co-workers and clients while demonstrating a team and client-first approach.
