Job Title: Store Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Director to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store
• Manage store staff and ensure all team members are performing their duties effectively
• Maintain inventory levels and order new stock as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Develop and implement store policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics
• Create and maintain a positive working environment for all staff members

Requirements:

• 45 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of inventory management and control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Education: Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred)

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field

Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control software, statistical analysis tools, and technical drawing interpretation

Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities
