Data Engineering Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Expert to join our team. In this role, you'll design and build scalable data pipelines and architectures that can handle large-scale datasets from varied sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Build Scalable Data Pipelines: Collaborate with solution designers to implement data ingestion and enrichment, ensuring seamless integration of data across systems.
  • Integrate and Transform Large-Scale Datasets: Utilize expertise in Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Spark), Java/Scala, and SQL to transform and process massive datasets.
  • Promote Coding Standards and Ensure Data Quality: Develop and enforce coding standards, guaranteeing high-quality data throughout the agile delivery process.

Requirements:

  • Strong Experience with Hadoop Ecosystem: Proficiency in Hive, Spark, and other related tools is essential.
  • Proficient in SQL and Shell Scripting: Strong skills in writing efficient SQL queries and shell scripts are required.
  • AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Data Warehouses: Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and data warehouses is a plus.
  • Agile Methodology and Automation Tools: Knowledge of Agile methodology and automation tools like GitHub and TeamCity is beneficial.
