Job Title: Senior Front-End Engineering Leader

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of front-end engineering across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge front-end architecture using React.js, Next.js, and React Native to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs that deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Provide technical leadership and code-level guidance to front-end teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Design and implement reusable UI components and scalable design systems to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead front-end technology evaluation and introduce modern tools and frameworks to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences and drive business growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in front-end engineering with a focus on React.js, Next.js, and React Native.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex front-end projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with front-end design systems and UI component libraries.
