Job Title: Supply Chain Optimizer

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the planning, management, and execution of all order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and updating production build plans with new updates on a daily basis
  • Validating and verifying slotting tool and build plan on a weekly basis
  • Approving all open and new orders, creating and managing all tool and option orders in the system
  • Managing shortages and material expediting, daily tool configuration changes and updates
  • Collaborating with the shipping department to ensure proper packing and shipment of orders
  • Managing outsourcing supply planning and forecast, purchase order management, and troubleshooting invoice and material receipt issues
  • Managing spare part allocation and shipment, supporting field service teams
  • Supporting finance/AP processes, including customer returns and invoice troubleshooting
  • Managing SFDC case and quote management, tool and options quotes and order entry, and customer relationship management
  • Managing new product introduction processes, including BOM and part number creation/changes, and expediting materials and placing part orders

This position requires the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree and two to five years prior work experience in production planning & order fulfillment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
