At NTT DATA Services, we're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, including configuring and managing Salesforce profiles, roles, custom fields, complex formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes. Current SFDC Admin certification is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and configure custom reports and dashboards
  • Manage users, permissions, profiles, list views, and groups
  • Edit and maintain data quality, account, and contact information
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce training materials
  • Create and manage workflows, process builder
  • Support creation and migration of new development features
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of CRM-related business processes, such as Sales Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Partner Program, and Relationship Management.
