High-Speed Protocol Development Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the complete system development cycle, from conceptualization to delivery.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a senior engineer with 9+ years of experience in developing high-speed communication protocol-based solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, OTN and proficiency in RTL design, coding, and implementation using industry-standard design flows.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development of IPs for high-speed protocols, creating test bench architecture and test plans, executing FPGA design flows, setting timing constraints, and fixing timing issues. They should also have excellent project management skills, including establishing schedules and managing multiple project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing IPs for high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, OTN.
  2. Creating test bench architecture and test plans for functional verification of IPs.
  3. Executing the FPGA design flow, setting timing constraints, and fixing timing issues.
  4. Integrating existing IPs into the overall system design to develop solutions and validate them on hardware kits.
  5. Leading the complete system development cycle, from conceptualization to delivery.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in developing high-speed communication protocol-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, OTN.
  • Proficiency in RTL design, coding, and implementation using industry-standard design flows.
  • Excellent project management skills, including establishing schedules and managing multiple project deadlines.
