Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled software engineer to join our team and take on new challenges in software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality software that meets clean code principles and company standards.
  • Work independently to pull issues from the team backlog and collaborate with team members as needed.
  • Participate in team activities such as planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Understand functional and technical requirements of software components.
  • Contribute to design and development of individual projects.
  • Continuously improve skills and code quality.
  • Ensure information security best practices are followed.
Additional Responsibilities for Service-Delivering Teams:
  • Identify operational issues and escalate to the team.
  • Plan and perform routine changes independently.
  • Resolve incidents around service functions independently.
  • Handle service requests independently.
  • Understand the impact of resource consumption on SaaS profitability.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform small refactorings to improve local software quality.
  • Maintain awareness of the continuous integration pipeline and fix broken builds as necessary.
  • Provide feedback during code reviews.
  • Onboard new members to the team and mentor junior engineers.
  • Assist associates with implementational and operational issues.
  • Clearly communicate impediments and seek support from team members to overcome obstacles.
  • Participate in implementing performance benchmark tests.
  • Understand company and team visions and the problem domain.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and innovation ability.
