The role of Global Medical Information plays a pivotal part in driving medical launch strategy. We're seeking an exceptional professional to implement and maintain a global strategy for products that have already launched major indications within pivotal geographic regions.

This challenging position will continuously strive to enhance the customer experience at the first touchpoint, including call center, digital, and field-based medical support, utilizing existing and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge strong relationships within cross-functional teams, working across regions and geographies as well as with alliance partners and vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Manage a global portfolio of Medical Information responses according to established procedures.
  • Respond to unsolicited verbal and written Medical Information inquiries from HCPs and consumers in a prompt, accurate, and compliant manner.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Utilize customer insights to drive the Medical Information strategy.
  • Incorporate an omnichannel content strategy to deliver Medical Information to customers within their preferred channel for a specific compound or set of compounds.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare profession with at least 2 years of industry experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare profession with at least 2 years of work experience in a designated therapeutic area or similar role.
  • Masters Degree in a healthcare profession.
  • PhD with work in a designated therapeutic area.

Demonstrated mastery of written English and professional verbal skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to be flexible in varying environments and with multiple customer groups.
