Job Title

A financial analyst is needed to support our finance operations and business analytics functions. This role offers exposure to international clients, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analytics.

  • Support daily finance tasks including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.
  • Support monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to perform the following duties:

  • Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare management reports for decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible to work in Indian shifts with occasional support during US hours.
