We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to oversee and guide our development team.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, build, and maintain applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, including integration across multiple systems.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization
- Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Oversee integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
- Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, along with proven leadership skills to drive project success.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
- SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)
- SAP UI5 / Fiori
- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
- System integration with SAP or enterprise applications
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (SAP BTP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git.
- Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with security standards and performance optimization in enterprise applications.
