This role requires a highly skilled Product Owner with extensive experience in SaaS, marketplaces, and complex UX systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills.
The Product Owner will be responsible for owning the logic of our system, working closely with developers and designers, and training the team to ship better, faster, and smarter products and features.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily feedback on dev and design tickets, clarifying issues and improving product logic
- Auditing and defining how bookings, consent, prescriptions, and client tools should work across edge cases
- Writing specs with thorough analysis of competitors, user convenience, and practicality
- Fixing flow friction by reviewing FullStory recordings, support tickets, and customer feedback to improve conversion, usability, and clarity
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator who thrives in remote, async teams. You must have a sharp eye for logic, structure, and product flow, thinking like an engineer and writing like a teacher.
Bonus points if you have experience with Figma, Loom, FullStory, or Loveable.ai. We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed, understands social adoption, and can design basic wireframes or flowcharts to explain their ideas.
