Bancassurance Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Bancassurance professional to spearhead sales initiatives through our partner bank branches in Surat.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with partner bank branches to drive business growth and increase insurance sales through the bancassurance channel.
  • Create and execute strategies to boost sales performance, improve customer interactions, and generate referrals and leads.
  • Motivate and train bank staff to achieve high-quality results and ensure continuous business expansion.
Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector is essential.
  • Graduation in any discipline is required.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills are crucial for success in this role.
