Video Content Creator Position

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to lead the creation of engaging video content (short and long form).

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling and visually engaging video content tailored for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos, reels, shorts and promotional materials
  • Apply creative editing techniques including transitions, color grading, motion graphics, text animations, and sound design to elevate storytelling
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, videographers and social media teams to deliver timely, brand-consistent content
  • Optimize videos for various social media formats and aspect ratios to maximize engagement
  • Manage and maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and finished projects
  • Stay current with digital video trends, editing styles, and social media platform algorithms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Film Production, Media, Communication, or related fields
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in video editing
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
  • Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, pacing, and timing to deliver impactful content
  • Understanding of video optimization strategies for different social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills
  • Love for travel and adventure is a plus
