Job Title: Advanced Software Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced software developer to lead the development of our AI-powered applications.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable backend services, as well as experience with real-time systems and Python development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality Python-based backend services for AI-driven applications.
  • Design and implement modular and maintainable codebases using repository structures and database schema design.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers through all phases of development.
  • Create RESTful APIs using FastAPI with robust validation using Pydantic and asynchronous capabilities.
  • Implement Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and migrations using SQLAlchemy and Alembic.
  • Integrate task queues using Celery and background processing effectively.
  • Build and optimize database systems, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into backend systems to support conversational AI capabilities.
  • Use Natural Language Processing (NLP) libraries such as NLTK and scikit-learn in production-level applications.
  • Implement containerization using Docker and maintain version control with Git.
  • Contribute to and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for smooth deployments.
