Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented D365 QA Tester to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes, a deep understanding of business requirements, and proven experience with manual testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance.
  • Develop, document, and execute thorough manual test cases to validate the software's functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution and closure.
  • Ensure adherence to testing best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, promoting quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks, providing transparent and actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), showcasing expertise and domain knowledge.
  • Strong experience in manual testing, including writing detailed test cases that meet industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and identify root causes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • D365 functional knowledge is highly desirable, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient defect management.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in QA Testing, with a strong proficiency in D365 processes and testing methodologies. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
