About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled Data Analytics Expert to join our team. You'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to develop and implement analytical solutions that drive business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain next-generation MIS systems to empower Regional/Market GMs and executive SLT to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Provide data support and analytical solutions to stakeholders and leadership using advanced analytics techniques.
  • Partner with multiple teams to create insights and MIS that help stakeholders understand overall performance.
  • Craft compelling PowerPoint narratives that effectively communicate analysis to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex analytical output into easily digestible insights with clear recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for new automated and custom analytics solutions around all areas of the customer journey and servicing touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analytical/modeling skills with 2+ years in data modeling and MIS.
  • Graduation/post-graduation in Management, Economics/Statistics or related fields from top-tier institutes.
  • Experience in big data query and analytical tools such as Hive, Yellow Bricks, and MLS.
  • Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience of working on SQL and Python.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
