Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Relations Associate to fill a key role within our front desk team. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

About the Role:

  • Accommodate guests and assign rooms while ensuring that all special requests are met whenever possible.
  • Support with pre-registration and room blocking for reservations.
  • Adhere to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies and procedures.
  • Monitor room status and ensure accurate updates with the housekeeping department.
  • Develop knowledge of room locations, types, and rates.
  • Promote hotel services using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to notify them of checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day-use rooms.
  • Exhibit a working knowledge of the reservations department, handling same-day and future reservations as needed, including cancellation procedures.
