Key Advertiser Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Strategist + Media Buyer to join our team.

This is a full-time role requiring at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns, strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Develop effective funnel strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Implement audience segmentation techniques including interest-based, custom, and lookalike audiences.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and CAC, and make data-driven optimizations daily.
  • Collaborate with the design and copy teams to create high-converting ad creatives and angles.
  • Manage budgets, run A/B tests, and scale campaigns effectively.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and attribution across all channels.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-performing campaigns with significant ROAS growth.
  • Strong knowledge of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling strategies.
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Strong copywriting skills with expertise in crafting hooks, CTAs, and ad formats.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven individual.
