Lead Automation Architect

We are seeking an innovative and experienced automation expert to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge RPA solutions.

  • Develop scalable and efficient end-to-end automation frameworks, incorporating advanced cloud capabilities to drive transformational efficiency gains.
  • Create reusable frameworks, best practices, and governance models for RPA implementations, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust RPA solutions, delivering high-value outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 8-10 years' experience in RPA with proven Solution Architecture responsibilities.
  • Expertise in UIPath platform architecture and ecosystem.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualization concepts, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • A clear track record of architecting and delivering large-scale RPA solutions, driving business growth and improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Please note that certifications in UIPath, AWS/Azure/GCP, or Kubernetes are highly desirable, as is experience with other RPA tools and regulated industries.
