Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with suppliers via emails, chats, and conference calls to gather compliance information and assist with compliance requests.
- Work directly with top-tier suppliers to provide valuable resources and help them respond to compliance requests.
- Handle supplier inquiries and issues through multiple channels, ensuring a positive experience.
- Engage with unresponsive suppliers using a multi-channel approach, including supplier education and webinar invites.
- Provide language support for internal translations, hosting webinars, and joining prospect calls with the Sales team.
- Collaborate with the Program Success team to strategize on new customer approaches, client campaigns, and supplier issues.
- Validate and ensure Quality Assurance for compliance data provided by suppliers.
- Mentor Supplier Support Agents as required.
- Stay up-to-date with new regulations and product changes to become an expert in your field.
- Familiarize yourself with corporate security policies and follow established processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Higher diploma from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years related work experience in administration, reporting, research & data, supplier/customer support, or call centers.
- Solid time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills and adherence to deadlines.
- Solutions-first attitude and self-motivation to engage with suppliers through multiple channels.
- Productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic to intermediate regulatory knowledge to consult with suppliers.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Natural curiosity about technology or how things work.
- Diligence and attention to detail.
