Senior Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Automation Specialist to drive the development of cutting-edge automation strategies across multiple layers. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in driving next-gen digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust automated testing pipelines integrated with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Execute performance, security, and functional testing using tools like JMeter, Postman, Selenium, and REST-assured.
  • Leverage tools like Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG, and SQL for reliable automation scripting and validation.
  • Champion quality assurance practices and foster a culture of excellence, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by contributing to internal tech forums and adopting emerging QA technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5-13 years of hands-on experience in test automation, with strong proficiency in Java/Python-based frameworks.
  • Solid grasp on test methodologies including BDD, data-driven testing, and API validations.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerized testing with Docker, and test virtualization.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and an eye for detail.
