AI and ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI and Machine Learning Engineer to support our mission of powering trusted identities. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions.

  • Designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models
  • Translating prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components
  • Developing and fine-tuning foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases
  • Training and optimizing numeric machine-learning models
  • Applying prompt engineering and building agent-based architectures for complex task automation
  • Integrating models into backend systems and supporting real-time/batch inference services

To achieve this, you will stay up-to-date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
  • Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails
