      • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Interior Design or related field.\
      • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer.\
      • Proven track record of delivering residential projects.\
      • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD.\
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
      • Result-oriented and organized with attention to detail.\
      • Familiarity with modular design principles and civil works processes.\
      • High level of willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
