Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the analysis of complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in data querying, visualization, and storytelling. They will have the ability to translate business questions into data queries and provide recommendations that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
