We are seeking a seasoned Mortgage Loan Analyst to join our team at Corridor Outsourcing Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting and processing, with a strong understanding of US mortgage guidelines, compliance, and loan processing requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing loan files for completeness and accuracy, assessing borrower eligibility by analyzing income, assets, credit, and collateral, and evaluating risk to ensure loans meet investor and regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities include gathering and verifying data from loan documents, determining and documenting loan conditions, communicating requirements, and providing underwriting decisions.
A strong knowledge of US mortgage residential disclosures, compliance, and loan documentation is essential for this role. Familiarity with underwriting guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA) and proficiency in mortgage software and loan origination systems are also required.
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills are necessary to succeed in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
