This role is a great opportunity for B.Com graduates or final-year students who want to begin their career at the intersection of finance and technology.

As a Fresher Accountant, you will assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, support invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment workflows.

You will also work with the finance team on basic reporting and compliance tasks, learn how accounting data integrates with ERP, procurement, and fintech systems, collaborate with product and tech teams to test finance automation workflows, and gain exposure to digital procurement and interoperability solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have a B.Com degree (completed or in final year), strong fundamentals in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance, basic skills in MS Excel, familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus, be eager to learn about fintech and digital transformation in accounting, detail-oriented, motivated, and adaptable to a startup culture.
