Job Title: Civil Engineering & Architecture Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled recruiter with expertise in civil engineering or architecture to manage our recruitment process.

  • Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer end-to-end recruitment services including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
  • Develop relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Exceptional knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
