This role will involve overseeing the strategic program, ensuring business continuity, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance while integrating with existing enterprise systems.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can develop project plans and implementation schedules in line with PMBOK standards and stakeholder requirements. This includes managing change control processes and executing overall project execution and risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of a Windchill v13 upgrade, ensuring seamless integration with existing PLM systems.
- Develop project plans and implementation schedules, incorporating PMBOK standards and stakeholder requirements.
- Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation.
- Serve as escalation point for project risks and issues, applying structured problem-solving to resolve challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree + 8 years, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.
- 8+ years of experience leading IT projects in matrixed environments.
- Extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to validation.
- Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill), PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.
