Order Management Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Order Management Representative to manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, including tracking, shipping, and delivery issues.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, including tracking, shipping, and delivery issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items, and communicate resolutions to customers
  • Communicate with internal team members to resolve order-related issues
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and order management efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Order Management
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
