Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SharePoint Online expert to join our team as a senior developer. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in designing, implementing and supporting large-scale SharePoint Online applications.

  • Evaluate complex client issues and determine root causes, working closely with stakeholders and end-users to find solutions.
  • Consult on new and existing business requirements to develop product functional and technical specifications.
  • Develop and optimize custom SharePoint Online applications (Power Apps, Power Automate and SPFx) for improved performance.
  • Design and implement scalable SharePoint Online applications that meet business needs.
  • Leverage knowledge of Office 365 to enhance user engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive high-quality customer service through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry technological advancements through internal and external training.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in SharePoint online, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Ability to extend and customize SharePoint Online with proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Co-Pilot and SPFx is a plus.
  • Experience running and maintaining PnP and PowerShell scripts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills within a global environment.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Clear, logical, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High responsiveness and keen perception.
  • Organized and able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve objectives.
  • Proven ability to work with international teams in a similar role.
