Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual audit plans to assess our operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Presentation of audit findings to the management and audit committee.
  • Independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
  • Identification of loopholes and recommendation of risk aversion measures and cost savings.
  • Open communication with management and audit committee.
  • Documenting processes and preparing audit findings memorandum.
  • Follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the MFI sector is preferable.
  • Ready to relocate anywhere in Haryana and Punjab.
  • Driving Licence and PAN Card are mandatory.
