Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Trainer to join our team. As an AI Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering AI training programs that align with real-world industry use cases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop AI training programs that meet the needs of learners.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.
  • Incorporate open-source technologies into the training curriculum and encourage innovation.
  • Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments to ensure practical skill acquisition.
  • Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to design AI curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
