Treasury Manager

Job Description:

  • Fair understanding of Loan and Debt Market instruments such as Term Loans, NCDs, Commercial Paper (Secured, Unsecured, Market linked Instruments), ECB, DA, PTC, etc.
  • Responsible for liaisoning with Institutions including Public and Private sector Banks, NBFCs, Investors, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, etc.
  • Fair Understanding of Legal Documentation and liaising with Lender's legal counsel and in house legal department, Security Trustees, Rating Agencies and other intermediaries.
  • Fair understanding of Financial Modelling including bank CMA's and able to build and interpret financial models and Cashflows.
  • Initiating and monitoring the deal from scratch till the closure of the transactions.
  • Negotiating and pricing the Debt program to meet the organizational goal of borrowing at best possible rates.
  • Experience of monitoring and reporting of covenants; calculation and reconciliation of interest payable, preparation of replies of the queries/ observations of the lenders etc.
  • Fair understanding of the periodical compliances (Monthly / Quarterly / Semi-annually/ Annually) of the Lenders.
