BIM Project Management Expert

Are you an experienced BIM professional looking for a challenging role that combines leadership and technical expertise? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multiple Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) BIM projects simultaneously. They will manage project teams, develop comprehensive project plans, provide guidance and mentorship to team members, and proactively identify and address project-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams
  • Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as principal point of contact for clients
  • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and provide updates
  • Collaborate with clients to meet project deliverables

Business Development:

  • Participate in business meetings to contribute to growth and expansion
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
  • Collaborate with the business development team to win new projects

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
