We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee our workshop activities in a project-based environment.   • Provide performance feedback, identify skill gaps, and support staff development to meet project demands.
  • Operational Efficiency and Cost Management:
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize production efficiency and cost-effectiveness across various projects.">
  • Manage project-specific inventory, coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials while controlling excess stock.">
  • Work with project managers and procurement teams to source quality materials and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of production, quality control, assembly, and testing for each project to ensure traceability.">

About You
  • Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing or workshop environments, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a project-based setting.

Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000 based on industry standards and your level of experience.
