We are looking for an E-commerce Associate to manage and optimize our presence on leading marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have experience in product listing, data analysis, and basic operations management.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor sales trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to improve conversions.
  • Ensure stock availability, update pricing, and coordinate with the operations team for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain marketplace compliance and optimize listings for search ranking.
  • Support campaigns, deals, and advertisements on Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive brand presence.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon & Flipkart).
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Sorting, Basic Formulas).
  • Understanding of SEO, A+ Content, and product ranking strategies on Amazon & Flipkart.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
